• The marina, boat ramp, and boat storage are currently full — nearby alternatives include Pilot House Marina and John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park.

• Do not store fish or bait inside the refrigerator or freezer.

• Coral reefs are located offshore and require a boat or charter to access.

• The Florida Keys are not known for sandy beaches; however, the community offers a sandy beach area with direct water access for kayaking and paddleboarding.

• Exterior surveillance cameras are installed for property safety only and do not monitor interior spaces.
