1st floor/ground floor of a 2 story house. No stairs to climb! Short walk to the Pilot House Restaurant and Marina. Two minutes and your out in the Atlantic Ocean by boat. Close to restaurants and town.

Pool can be heated/cap on electric of $300.

The second floor remains unoccupied during your stay, as we do not rent out the top floor while you’re here. We only offer the rental of the first floor from January 3 to March 31.
